Location: Luton, Bedfordshire

Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 from home after probation

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Your Impact:

As a vital member of our finance team, you'll play a key role in supporting and realizing the exponential growth envisioned by the Leadership team. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, you'll manage a team of two accounts assistants and contribute to various finance-related responsibilities. This is a diverse and fast-paced role that includes:

  • Month-End Management Accounts Preparation

  • FD, Ops & SLT Reviews

  • Intercompany Sales and Recharges within the Group

  • Banking and Treasury

  • Weekly Payment Run

  • Line Managing & Supporting Team Development

  • Annual Budget Preparation

  • Company Card Transaction Review

  • Daily & Weekly Occupancy Reporting

  • Client Onboarding, Standing Orders, Statements Oversight

  • Collaborative Process Improvement with SLT

  • Support with Scale-Up Growth Projects


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years Financial experience

  • Solo self-sufficient Management Accountant with Line Manager responsibilities

  • Proven success in a financial setting

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Managerial Line Manager or Team leader experience desirable

  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills

  • Metrics-driven finance mind with an eye for creativity and efficiency

  • Experience with automation desirable
