Client Companies

We share candidate information with prospective employers to facilitate job placements. This typically includes your CV, application materials, interview feedback, and relevant professional information. We only share your information with clients where:

  • It is necessary for recruitment purposes and in your legitimate interest
     

Third-Party Service Providers

  • Background check and DBS screening providers

Active Candidates

We retain your information while actively recruiting for you and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations and maintain our business records.

Candidate Database

With your consent, we retain your CV and contact details for up to 6 years to contact you about future opportunities. You can request removal at any time.

Unsuccessful Applications

If you are not placed in a role, we typically retain your information for 12 months unless you consent to longer retention for future opportunities.

Placed Candidates

For candidates successfully placed in roles, we retain records for 6 years from the end of the placement to comply with employment law, tax, and contractual obligations.

Client and Business Records

Client information and contracts are retained for 7 years to comply with accounting and tax requirements.

When the retention period expires, we securely delete or anonymise your information unless we are required to keep it longer by law.
